Hey there, I just bought a 2000 Si 2 weeks ago and am already looking to enter the boost world. My friend has a greddy/revhard kit for sale that includes the following:

Greddy TD04-19T turbocharger
Greddy cast manifold
oil lines
Hose clamps
Revhard downpipe
Greddy Air Intake
Revhard Intercooler (5in thick)
Intercooler piping
Greddy BOV
Turbonetics Wastegate
All necessary hardware, i.e. pipe insulation, heat shield, hoses
Vortech FMU
gauges

I dont plan on running anything more then 5-6 psi for a little as I want to save up so I can upgrade to a better FMU. My questions are, with everything listed, will I need anything else to get going? And when I do decide to upgrade (2-3 months), do you guys have any suggestions on what exactly I do ex. AEM EMS? What else would I need besides that? Also I realize I will need a new clutch if I am to get this kit, what are your suggestions there if Im only runnin 6psi max? And is it ok if I just use the flywheel that I have or does it have to get resurfaced? If it doesnt how long will it last? Well thats all, sorry for all the questions, Im just looking to get as much info from you guys as possible, cause I kno most of you know your shit when it comes to boostin

I recently just purchased the greddy turbo kit for my 00 si, however it did not come with any instructions. I have been searching all over the net and have had no luck. I tired turbocivicsi.com and it appears that the site is down. Anyway if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
thanks, Brian

someone on here or honda-tech has the isntructions in a .pdf in thier signature. Put up a post on Honda-tech.com's got boost forum, and one in general on this site asking for anyone with the Greddy integra install .pdf. The 'teg and the civic are the same install.

Anyone know if the SOHC greddy 15G downpipe has the same bolt pattern as the DOHC18G downpipe?? K-teller has custom 2.5" greddy downpipes for the 15G, and if the bolt pattern is the same i want to buy it. He said that some 18G users bought the downpipe, and never returned it so he assumed that it works for the 18G!! anyone know?

I was just wondering if anyone has put a Greddy Turbo on a 2002 SiR here? Dying to get a peek of the performance boost before I buy.

You need a BOV for any turbo system.
The only modification you need to make is the have the BOV flange welded on to the return piping that goes from the intercooler to the intake manifold.

One more question for you greddy owners...is the emanage sufficient to run 8 lbs or is it just as bad as the old school blue box? I wanna get honadata but shellin out another 500 for that with a chipped ecu is not to exciting....also do you guys have an fpr and a fuel pump on your setups?

and the best price i have found is city speed.com.. i have been told its lagit and not a fake?

how long does the install take at a shop?

and last question.. how much is a good price for installing a kit? is
*1,300 good with a free dyno run?
* 75$ an hour
or are those too high..

want to get this kit just a few for you guys,
what fuel pump do i need??
how do you adjust the boost, or will it adjust itself once i put bov and i/c on??
the very most i want to boost at is 7-8 psi , will it be safe on stock internals??
what fuel management do i need to get that i dont' have to change from obd2???
thanks and sorry if these were answered before, but i didn't see anything on it.

how do you adjust the boost, or will it adjust itself once i put bov and i/c on?? Boost is set via the wastegate...to adjust you will need a boost controller
the very most i want to boost at is 7-8 psi , will it be safe on stock internals?? Yes, ASSUMING you have it tuned properly
what fuel management do i need to get that i dont' have to change from obd2??? None that are worthwhile. Changing to ObdI is very easy. Look into Hondata, Crome, Aem, etc.
thanks and sorry if these were answered before, but i didn't see anything on it.

A few months ago, I brought my car to a local shop for a 100K tune-up plus installed an e-manage & CTR cams. Then he dyno tuned it and got 150/hp (cold air intake+4-2-1 header included, stock exhaust) I'm about to put an order in for a Greddy turbo kit, Greddy Evo 2 exhaust kit, and a test pipe (with O2 simulator) for my 99 si. But when I asked the guy at the shop if he was going to dyno tune it, he said it didn't need it at stock psi setting. Is this true?

I think the faq covered fmu and piggyback operation. The blue box/emanage tat comes with it will run the car at stock boost.

it will be unreliable, not tuned properly, and slow as shit. i reccomend learning more and buying a proper turbo system.
