I have a 00 civic ex with an Ls vtec swap b18b1 bottom end stock internals, b16a2 head with str cam gears, 00 si tranny, no power steering no air conditioning, cat back exhaust, aem v2 intake motified to fit ,dc sports 4-2-1 headers, high flow cat short shifter stage 2 racing clutch , carbon fiber hood suspension tech springs and tokico blue gas shocks stock rims and tires

i would guess 15's maybe high 14's if your driving is good. and mid 14's if you have slicks
take it the track find out..

have you run at a track before? If not expect to go slow until you get the hang of it.
I'd venture to guess mid-high 14's with that car. Taking into consideration, track conditions, tires, stall speed/rpm launch, and the all important "driver mod".
