Wow. Id...die.
I didn't do a whole lot of running in November/December, however I recieved some legit cold weather running gear for xmas, synthetic thermal undies and a windbreaker jacket and pants along with a headband and gloves. Stylin' and profilin'! I ran about a mile a week ago but it was just too cold ~10-15 degrees. This week I've put in two 3.7 mile runs in 30 degree temps and its been good. I'm not as out of shape as I thought I'd be.
Good work man! The right gear makes all the difference in the world.

I only use the treadmill at home on rainy days. I fucking HATE running on the treadmill now, time goes by soooo slllloooowwwwwww, almost feels like you're in class staring at the clock.

That's a pretty big jump. Well done.
I tried running as soon I got up today for the first time. It's supposed to help fat loss since you do it before you eat anything, so I figured I would give it a go for a month and see how it works. It's nice to run when it's a little cooler outside, that's for sure.

So, I know to get into the type of shape I want, I need to do more cardio, but it's so boring if I'm not playing basketball, football or my MMA training(which I've had to take a break from because of my hip, then my knee). What are some tips you could throw a brotha? Thinking of doing some swimming. Maybe that elipitacl thing...

I'm sticking to the wakeup cardio routine even though it's been frigid the last few days. It's too early to tell if it's any better than just doing it whenever, but I'm dropping weight at a steady pace. So far so good.
