What RPM did it make the most power and where did u set your rev limiter....A graph would help ALOT. but i will tell u this...Ur exhaust needs the most work...

Ditch that crap ass DC (1 7/8" collector) for something with a 2.5" collector. An ITR would net some top end HP and a tri Y header (rage, hytech, SMSP)even more

b16's with their high R/S love to make power in the high RPM range so you need a bigger exhaust... 2.25" is choking u up man

Ur car would make lots more power with all that compression from PCT's

Did you remove your cat at all and put in a test pipe? Your cat restricts a lot of exhaust flow and removing it should help your numbers.

Unlikely, especially given the header he's using. On that rig, I'd expect to see about 1 - 1.5 wheel horsepower at the most from removing the cat.

This whole "OMGWTF CatZ are SOOoOoO killinG j00r horsepowahz!" is a pretty old argument these days; new catalytic converters are almost always a honeycomb design as it not only flows better but also heats faster so that it begins working sooner, thus being more friendly to the environment.
